We are inspired by the paddock to plate concept - our product comes from own yard, and the eggs are collected each morning from our free-range chickens roaming our grounds.
If we are not able to produce it directly from Glencoe Country, we try our hardest to source local ingredients from around our area. The milk comes from Ashgrove just up the road, and bread is baked either in our own kitchen, or from a local supplier if we cannot make it here.
By prior arrangement a personal chef is available to cook a delicious three course meal which you can enjoy by the toasty fire, or under the stars in our large garden while taking in the beautiful surrounding countryside views.
If you arrive late and unable to get a meal, a small selection of meals are available at Glencoe. This can be arranged and prepared while you settle into you room and refresh after a day of adventure or travelling.
